REFUND POLICY
(Land price only. Airfare will have a separate cancellation policy)
All cancellations must be in writing. If an individual cancels for any reason:
• Before the sign-up deadline: They will receive their deposit back in full
• Between the sign-up deadline and the final payment deadline: ALP will retain the deposit, but the pilgrim will receive back any other payments made.
• Between the final payment deadline to ALP and 50 days prior to the pilgrimage start date,
ALP will retain the deposit and 50% of the rest of the pilgrimage cost.
• Between 49 and 30 days prior to the pilgrimage start date, ALP will retain the deposit and
75% of the rest of the pilgrimage cost.
• Less than 30 days prior to the pilgrimage start date, ALP will retain 100% of the pilgrimage
cost.
