REFUND POLICY
Deposits are fully refundable for 7 days after signing-up or until the sign-up deadline, whichever is sooner.
Afterwards, all deposits are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be in writing. If any individual cancels for any reason:
• Before the final payment deadline (February 15th), ALP will give a full refund of any
payments made except the deposit.
• Between the final payment deadline and 60 days before the start date of the pilgrimage,
ALP will retain 50% of the total pilgrimage cost.
• There will be no refunds at all within 60 days of the start of the pilgrimage.
There is no refund or pro-rated cost for pilgrims arriving late or leaving early from the
pilgrimage.
